Reinventing me and my dance...

Hi all,

Here I am, with my newly set up blog-site. I feel so grateful to be able to share my thoughts, ideas and works with people from these wonderful services we get from the internet.

First of all...

Who am I? I am a dancer, a teacher, choreographer. I also consider myself an educationist and a social activist. I am an idealist, a perfectionist, always seeking to improve myself and the world around me, a big fan of personal coaches and a very feeling person who is passionate about what I do and the people around me...

Tony Robbins said, what differentiates one person from another is the questions we ask ourselves. What are the questions I like to ask?

- What kind of dancer am I?
- What kind of teacher am I?
- What is best for the young people?
- How can we change the world/create more awareness about environments/human empathy/quality education, etc.?

It is challenging to be growing up on the less popular side of society - ending up with an unusual career choice, of a yet very much unexplored segment of the arts in this country, with an uncommon personality type and learning style - being a feeling/kineasthetic learner is certainly not very popular with our traditional education system. But I strongly believe that every talent, personality type or interest has a place to contribute to society, that all is created for a reason.

And the more we know about ourselves, the more we can learn to make better decisions in our lives. And I believe that dance has a way of reaching into the soul, finding out who we truly are deep inside, and bring it into the open for all to revere in its beauty... and that, is the art dance.

So until more updates on my thoughts and works, here a thought for the day...

"When you are dancing, you are in a space and time beyond what is apparent. You embody the world that you have created, and bring it before the very senses of your audiences..."

Grief...     As human beings, it is inevitable that we will encounter losses and pains, in one way or another...    And in it, we grief.  Ye...
