FAQ

What is movement philosophy?

Movement – action, activity, mobility, flow, kinesis, shift

Philosophy – attitude, viewpoint, idea, thinking, way of life, values, beliefs

  • An attitude towards movement.
  • A belief in how movement should be
  • A way of life, through movements.

Why movement philosophy?

Because movement training is no longer just about dance, what kind of dance, what sport or what discipline.

It is about the philosophy in how we undertake to live our lives, how we treat our bodies, how we do what we do; or what is affecting our performance – it could be something outside of our training, something in our personal lives, something in our mental wiring.

The idea of philosophy means we believe that these things work from a central system and can be controlled from a central system, and it is where we want to work – where it is most effective.

Traditional learning systems are tedious and too time consuming for the modern, fast paced world.

By finding the right key, a short, intensive course can quickly enhance your learning and optimise performance, all done through a fully holistic system!

What are the techniques used?

The technique is a combination of various principles of the body and the mind, including Alexander technique, release technique, coaching, strategic intervention,  chakra reading, emotional release, law of attraction, intuitive healing, dream interpretation, meditation, self-hypnosis and past life regression.

But most of all, it is formed around the basis of a deep level of self love and self-acceptance, trust and appreciation in the nature of all things.

It is important to understand this core principle as an opening for the inner works to be done.
